Standardizing pricing methodology and review materials related to pricing estimates, ensuring pricing is transparent and comprehensive.
Proposal development support to Location teams and Business Development managers by analysing and scrutinizing commercial terms on
Performance Analysis, benchmarking and credibility assessment of Performance metrics.
Training and sharing of best practice: Support and ensure delivery of the training programs which develops commercial understanding across the region
