Tasks
-Partner with program and portfolio leaders to align initiative progress with enterprise reporting and governance expectations -Sit while answering phones or reply to emails -Establish and oversee project governance frameworks, including status reporting, risk mitigation, and communication plans. -Prepare and deliver updates, dashboards, and summaries for senior leaders and project governance forums -Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple strategic initiatives -Recommend and implement improvements to project practices, tools, and workflows to enhance delivery efficiency. -Manage consulting partners and external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to project goals. -Serve as a trusted execution advisor across the initiative landscape, reinforcing project health -Monitor and manage project milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring visibility and timely escalation to senior stakeholders -Apply standardized project management tools, templates, and frameworks to drive consistency, governance alignment, and disciplined execution across initiatives. -Ensure consistency in project management methodologies and leverage best practices for integration, execution, and change management. -Champion a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management function. -Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including planning agendas, capturing outcomes, and following up on critical actions. -Identify and coordinate cross-functional interdependencies, ensuring alignment and continuity across workstreams -Repeat the same movements when entering data -Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth. -Ensure seamless data integration, process alignment, and system transitions. -Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls -Oversee the creation and maintenance of centralized documentation, including status reports, decision logs, risk registers, and project health indicators

-Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple workstreams in -Proficient in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, -Ability to balance strategic context with detailed execution while adapting to shifting priorities and -Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape. -Familiarity with portfolio governance processes and enterprise planning frameworks; PMP or -Travel requirement is approximately 25% -Strong knowledge of project management lifecycles, methodologies, and risk mitigation practices -Agile certification a plus -Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them -Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive -Speak clearly so listeners can understand -Understand the speech of another person -Skilled in identifying, managing, and escalating risks, dependencies, and timeline impacts to ensure -Strong organizational and analytical capabilities to manage documentation, reporting, and project
