Engineering Designer for land development civil/site projects

Tasks

-Work with senior-level engineers to create project designs. -Interpret and understand drawings from multiple disciplines for specific projects and respond to requests for information regarding same. -Perform engineering calculations and create estimates. -Create models, including 3D models. -Research design options and document findings for project engineer/manager. -Develop drawings by modifying or replicating a prior project, applying changes and corrections from redlined drawings, and/or creating drawings from sketches of others or from own design.

What You Bring

-Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. -Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required. -EIT (Engineer in Training) certification preferred. -Solid CAD skills, including AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and WaterCAD. -Interest in land development (civil/site) engineering projects; prior internship experience preferred.
