Land Development E.I.T.

Description

• Work with senior-level engineers to create project designs.
• Interpret and understand drawings from multiple disciplines for specific projects and respond to requests for information regarding same.
• Perform engineering calculations and create estimates.
• Create models, including 3D models.
• Research design options and document findings for project engineer/manager.
• Develop drawings by modifying or replicating a prior project, applying changes and corrections from redlined drawings, and/or creating drawings from sketches of others or from own design.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required.
• EIT (Engineer in Training) certification preferred.
• Solid CAD skills, including AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and WaterCAD.
• Interest in land development (civil/site) engineering projects; prior internship experience preferred.
