Estate Manager

• Lead and inspire the on-site team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements
• Manage budgets, KPIs, reporting, and contractor performance
• Oversee contractors, building operations, defects, and new asset mobilisation
• Engage with residents and stakeholders, handling queries and feedback professionally
• Manage the day-to-day running of the estate and public realm

We’re looking for an experienced Estate Manager to take full ownership of a prestigious mixed-use development in North London. You’ll be the visible lead on-site - trusted by residents, occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders - ensuring the estate runs smoothly and looks its best. • Experience working with developers and managing complex defect processes
• Proven experience as an Estate Manager / Senior FM within residential or mixed-use developments
• Professional, proactive, and able to handle challenges diplomatically
• Highly organised, confident communicator, and strong leader
• Strong M&E knowledge (CHPs, district heating systems, lifts, access control, etc.)

💷 Up to £65,000 per annum
