In this role you will lead the creation of scalable Salesforce solutions, drive integrations with external systems, and ensure data integrity across the platform. You will also mentor junior developers, collaborate with analysts and project managers, and uphold best‑practice standards in security and coding.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and related technologies.
- Lead integrations of Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third‑party tools.
- Configure custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules to meet complex business needs.
- Oversee data migrations, cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and integrations.
- Enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

The senior Salesforce Developer/Architect will bring 7–8 years of in‑depth Salesforce development and architecture experience, with strong expertise in Apex coding, configuration, and integration. The role emphasizes deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, and candidates holding an Agent Force certification are preferred.
Successful candidates have a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects, hold certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant and Data Cloud Consultant, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools is a plus.
- 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant; Agent Force certification is a plus.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and various integration techniques.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices.
