Work with a team of installers on commercial solar projects.
Responsible for perpetuating the mission, goals, and values of Freedom Solar Power
Ensure proper safety, quality, and attitude per all company policies

Prior solar, construction, or electrical experience!
Can physically lift, bend, squat, and haul 50+ lbs.
Capable of working in hot climates
Introduction to commercial solar mechanical and electrical principles
Willingness to travel weeks at a time across the US, 90% of the year
A valid Driver’s License and clean MVR are required to drive company vehicles
Great communicator and team player.
Safely executing quality workmanship, and timely completion of work assignments
2+ years of experience in commercial solar installation, electrical, or construction, electrical coding strongly desired
