Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures at job sites.
Communicate efficiently with dispatch and project teams regarding schedule's
Maintain accurate driver logs and trip records as required by DOT compliance.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
Perform general labor duties such as excavation, site prep, pole setting, and conduit installation.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, report defects, and schedule required maintenance.
Assist foreman and crew members with telecom construction tasks.
Follow all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company safety policies.
Ensure proper loading, securing, and transport of materials and equipment.
Operate DOT-regulated commercial vehicles safely to and from job sites.
Handle, transport, and stage materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
Support the installation of underground and aerial telecom infrastructure.

Must have sufficient hand and finger dexterity to safely operate tools and equipment.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Must be able to walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods in various conditions.
Be adaptable to changing job scopes, locations, and project needs.
Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
Must be able to bend, climb, and squat to perform job duties in the field.
Proficiency in navigating routes using GPS and mapping tools.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.
Must be willing and able to travel for project sites and team coordination
Ability to build strong relationships.
Must be 21 years or older to be considered for this position
Valid CDL Class-A license (airbrakes required).
Must have adequate hearing and vision to perform duties safely and effectively.
High school or GED
Strong communication skills.
Must be able to detect odors and fumes as necessary for safe work performance.
