Key responsibilities include reviewing job orders and using Epicor, following standard operating procedures to safely operate equipment, completing required paperwork, operating hand and power tools, performing quality control checks, and handling additional projects as needed.

The Pre‑Assembler proficiently assembles high‑quality portable and permanent power distribution components and cable assemblies in a safe, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
Basic qualifications are a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, the ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, visually inspect components, lift up to 50 lb intermittently, and comprehend English directives. Additional qualifications include using a tape measure, basic math, understanding blueprints and mechanical/electrical assembly, meeting physical and PPE requirements, and collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least one year of manufacturing experience.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lb intermittently.
- Read, write, and comprehend English plant directives.
- Use a tape measure and perform simple mathematics.
- Understand basic blueprints, mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Pass pre‑employment physical and drug test.
- Wear required PPE, including eye, hand, feet, and hearing protection.
