Strategic Coordination with Senior Management Collaborate closely with the senior management team to understand key operational and compliance-related issues. Translate strategic directives into actionable plans and ensure effective execution at the field level through structured engagement with sub-contractors.
Training Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to organize safety and technical training; ensure readiness of employees for assigned tasks.
Sub-Contractor Engagement: Evaluate and appoint sub-contractors and sub-contracting companies based on project requirements.
Training Documentation: Ensure sub-contractors conduct regular safety and technical training and maintain proper records.
Client Coordination: Visit client sites to address and resolve compliance or statutory concerns.
