We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience to join our Belfast team. The successful candidate will ideally have proven expertise in both Republic of Ireland and UK contexts.

Ideally familiar with the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) in Ireland.
Ideally familiar with the Building Safety Act in the UK.
Location: Based in Belfast; flexibility for travel across Ireland and UK.
Passion for and experience of sustainable design methodologies.
Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification in architectural practice.
BCAR Familiarity: Ideally experienced in managing BCAR compliance.
Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
ISO1960 Information Management Process fluency including preparation of BIM Execution Plans and associated documentation.
Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing and delivery
Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
Experience in multiple sectors including residential, healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use, including existing buildings/adaptive reuse.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory permissions (planning, fire safety, disability access), and building regulations, ideally both in Ireland and UK.
Familiarity with the ISO19650 Information Management Process
Professional Registration: CIAT or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
