  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback and share necessary improvements with project teams to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate expert training with an application of adult learning theories, JLL’s brand/learning standards and contemporary approaches to driving true behavioral changes
  • Maintain outstanding delivery standards in accordance with NPS (Net Promoter Score) metrics, qualitative feedback and team-based evaluations
  • Apply knowledge of talent & development subject areas (i.e., performance management, careers, leadership, sustainability, etc.) to facilitate meaningful discussions
  • Create, design, and update training content, incorporating best practices in adult learning theory
  • Support team members, colleagues and peers with ad hoc facilitation efforts when needed
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in leadership and professional development, innovative approaches, tools and techniques in training and development
  • Facilitate training both virtual via webinar training and in-person, ensuring a fantastic employee experience; regional travel may be required 5-15%, depending on business needs and budget availability

  • Excellent organizational skills with a starter finisher mentality with acute attention to detail
  • Expert-level MS Office and SharePoint skills
  • Expert knowledge in designing engaging and impactful training, using different technological platforms including PowerPoint, Articulate, etc
  • Proficiency in creating and updating training content using a variety of digital tools
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Strong listening and communicating in an effective manner; providing regular updates on progress against strategic agenda, including key accomplishments, challenges and support needed; managing expectations proactively to ensure customer delight
  • Skilled in validating requests and design solutions with a global mindset to align work with the global L&D strategy
  • Strong project management skills that can deliver solutions against agreed upon project timelines that achieve desired outcomes and provide a great learner experience. Experience with Asana (project management tool) preferred
  • Extensive experience in delivering and developing programs across all talent development products, Leadership, Sustainability, Professional Skills, Onboarding, Performance Cycle, etc. including all levels (management, HR, employees)
  • Advanced L&D certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Advanced cross-cultural competence and the ability to adapt communication styles to diverse, global audiences
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align L&D initiatives with strategic business objectives
  • Excellent adaptability in designing delivering training programs to meet the varying needs and preferences of global audiences. Tailoring approach based on the unique requirements of each region or country
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent cross-cultural competence and ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Advanced experience in designing and facilitating soft skills training programs, with a focus on leadership, and professional development (may include instructor-led, virtual instructional-led, e- learning, and blended learning solutions)
  • Advanced proficiency in virtual training platforms, remote collaboration tools, learning management systems, and content authoring tools
