Maintenance Manager

Description

• Partner with EH&S team regarding environmental and energy compliance.
• Supervise the work of facilities and maintenance team members, as well as vendors that provide maintenance, repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Support the operation of major building, safety and security systems.
• Provide a customer-centric focus to the overall property maintenance and service of our Anoka facility.
• Oversees all maintenance scheduling, including preventative and autonomous, and actively works to improve processes to promote equipment up-time.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as design drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
• Innovative & adaptable
• Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Respectful and team oriented
• Ideally 2+ years experience supervising manufacturing facilities management with knowledge of relevant building systems and maintenance techniques including plumbing, HVAC, elevator and mechanical systems as well as generally accepted maintenance practices.
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred. Additional Trade School or Military training is a plus.
