Supervise the work of facilities and maintenance team members, as well as vendors that provide maintenance, repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.
Support the operation of major building, safety and security systems.
Provide a customer-centric focus to the overall property maintenance and service of our Anoka facility.
Oversees all maintenance scheduling, including preventative and autonomous, and actively works to improve processes to promote equipment up-time.

Ideally 2+ years experience supervising manufacturing facilities management with knowledge of relevant building systems and maintenance techniques including plumbing, HVAC, elevator and mechanical systems as well as generally accepted maintenance practices.
Associate's Degree or higher preferred. Additional Trade School or Military training is a plus.
