- Leadership & management training and coaching
- You’ll have a degree (BSc or MSc) in Geography, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or a similar field (minimum 2:1).
- We’re looking for someone with both the technical know-how and the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset – confident working across teams to design out risk and find solutions.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear advice.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to engage colleagues, stakeholders, and regulators.
- Experience using GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo) to analyse and visualise environmental data.
- Experience in environmental permitting, risk assessments, and coordinating surveys would be an advantage
