What you would be doing

  • Assist with light tree and bush trimming
  • Perform snow removal as needed
  • Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment related to grounds work
  • Assist with pool startup, closure, cleaning, and routine maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, including clock setting and repairs
  • Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and edging
  • Conduct seasonal cleanup of flower beds, including raking, aerating, and fertilizing
  • Issue pet violation notices in accordance with company policy
  • Help the maintenance staff with tasks such as preventative maintenance, appliance moves, and building inspections
  • Keep the property looking clean and inviting by maintaining landscaping, removing trash, and cleaning public exterior areas

  • At least 6 months of previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience
  • General irrigation knowledge or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
