Utilise client surplus stock for all RFQs
Source and supply goods/services in line with client KPIs
Resolve queries and support invoice issue resolution
Assist with tender pricing and ensure market competitiveness
Ensure procurement aligns with QHSE standards and company policies
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular feedback
Support e-commerce platforms (Energy Surplus, Expedite Function, Smartbuyer)
Negotiate pricing, terms, and discounts to maximise value and profit
Manage and resolve client complaints where possible
