HDR provides architecture, engineering, environmental, and construction services for infrastructure projects.
We seek individuals who want to build a career in this culture, especially new graduates ready to help lead HDR into the future. If you attended the Cal Poly SLO CE/ENVE Career Fair, please apply and indicate your relocation preferences and availability; you are also welcome to apply to specific opportunities.
HDR provides extensive training, mentoring, and workload support to develop professionals into competent service providers. Employees are encouraged to lead in their technical areas while gaining consulting skills such as budget and schedule management, client communication, business development, and presentation delivery, supported by over 40 in‑house training programs.
As employee owners, we all play a role in creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected, and empowered. Our eight Employee Network Groups—including Asian Pacific, Black, Hispanic/Latino(a), LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities, Veterans, Women, and Young Professionals—provide a sense of belonging and support, with executive sponsors and open membership for all employees.
