Perform daily job briefings with all personnel on-site, ensuring compliance with railroad safety requirements
Actively participate in routine reoccurring safety classes and qualification training
Maintain high levels of communication with the RWIC supervisors and managers regarding various assignments and schedules
Prepare and submit required electronic forms, including but not limited to: job set-up forms for each flagging assignment, daily work reports, invoices, and other reports as required
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
Ensure all work is conducted out of the foul of the tracks
Uphold the organization’s standards of integrity, accountability, and respect in all duties and interactions
Provide the required jobsite protection on each assignment, error free and consistent with the rules; including but not limited to radio communication with train dispatchers and engineers

A minimum of 5 years in railroad maintenance of way (MOW) experience, within a Class I or Class II freight railroad.
