As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our construction projects by managing and maintaining all project-related documentation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is distributed across teams, with a strong emphasis on utilising Fieldview to support our digital field management processes.
- Support project teams with document version control, drawing registers, and audit compliance
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and head office to ensure consistent document flow
- Maintain and update Fieldview to ensure real-time tracking of quality, safety, and progress on-site
- Act as a point of contact for Fieldview support and training within the Oxford division
- Manage the control of all project documentation, drawings, and records in accordance with company and project procedures
- Implement document control procedures and improve digital workflows where possible
- Track document approvals and ensure timely distribution of information
