Ability to operate independently and autonomously, and yet possess the discretionary judgment to know when it's appropriate to consult with others in the organization
Able to cost out change orders and present to the client.
Ability to communicate with the client and trouble shoot technical issues on projects.
Conscious of budgets and project costs and the ability to value engineer.
