Oversees a construction crew working on job site, making sure work is compliant with installation and safety standards. Manages field operations with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, cost management and innovation. Manages construction activities to ensure company procedures are followed and compliance is maintained relative to all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
Responsible for completing all required paperwork daily including but not limited to daily timesheets.
Oversees full construction crew (4-6) rendering hands-on assistance.
Monitor progress of crew to ensure satisfactory job completion, keeping construction progress in line with overall project schedule and production goals.
Oversee and coordinate construction operations and activities.
Load and unload equipment and materials.
Log and record readings for equipment and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
Ensure all crew members are trained in accordance with company safety policies.
Oversees all work is compliant with installation standards.
