- Coordinate a cross‑functional approach with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
- Develop a communications and change‑management plan for organization‑wide rollout
- Lead cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders through complex decisions

- Deep expertise across compensation, job architecture, pay structures, base/variable pay, and innovative solutions
- Communicate complex concepts simply and persuasively
- 8+ years of compensation experience, including job architecture or pay structure redesign
- Experience leading teams or large‑scale cross‑functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Expertise in U.S. and Canadian compensation
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; Power BI a plus
- Advanced HRIS user, ideally Workday
- Experience presenting to Executive Leadership
- Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume, feedback‑rich environments
- Resilient, resourceful, and able to build strong partnerships
