Coordinates with internal departments on various tasks such for field visits, construction, and account validations.
Provide project management support for additional programs such as the meter relocation program, the service line inspection termination and reconnections process.
Prepare customer service layouts and provide the customer with the next steps; specifying what the Company will be responsible for as well as what the customers responsibilities will be to continue with their request.
Maintain and prepare reports to track the entire portfolio of gas conversions managed by Strategic Support.
Track and monitor the progress of Company and customer work for all gas conversions.
Utilize power BI, tableau, other internal reporting systems and/or excel to track and manage the work.
Provide the customer with all applicable options (rates, costs) and provide ongoing feedback as necessary throughout their projects.
Prepare and maintain correspondence with the customer; serve as the liaison between the customer and the Company.
Build relationships with internal and external organizations and maintain such relationships to ensure conversion projects are completed in a timely manner.
Serve as the project coordinator amongst the various company departments; analyze and evaluate new and additional gas load requests and ensure that information provided by a customer is complete.

Associate's Degree and 4 years full time related experience or
Knowledge of Microsoft Query and advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a plus. Preferred

Must climb in and out of manholes and excavations
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
Driver's License Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able and willing to travel to customer locations within the Con Edison service territory.
Must travel to company locations to work on storm restoration and heat contingencies
Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
Experience with managing projects, managing customer service programs, providing support to operations, experience in energy services or gas operations or other customer and/or project related fields. Required
