Solution Design – Define scalable solution architectures that align customer requirements with Thinkproject’s product capabilities and best practices.
Technical Leadership – Lead the technical design of complex implementations, ensuring alignment across business, functional, and system layers.
Documentation – Produce clear, structured solution documentation for internal and customer use.
Innovation – Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the Services/Delivery organisation by introducing best practices, templates, and automation.
Discovery & Analysis – Conduct workshops and requirements sessions with customers to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Governance – Maintain adherence to Thinkproject’s architecture principles, security standards, and delivery frameworks.
Quality Assurance – Oversee solution validation, testing, and sign-off to ensure deliverables meet performance, scalability, and quality expectations.
Customer Advisory – Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic and technical guidance during implementation and beyond.
Collaboration – Work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Product teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Integration Expertise – Design and validate system integrations, data flows, and API configurations across Thinkproject and external systems.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Completed education at HBO or WO level (or equivalent).
Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors, specifically in relation to the asset management lifecycle. Experience with software implementation projects.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Team Collaboration: A team player with strong leadership abilities, able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward achieving shared goals.
5-10 years of Project Management experience, out of which at least 5 years as Project Manager/Lead having managed and led projects and teams individually.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry software solutions, best practices, and service delivery standards, as well as familiarity with the TP portfolio is a plus.
Willingness to travel is required.
Construction Industry is highly desirable.
Stakeholder Management: Experience navigating complex, politically sensitive environments, with the ability to manage various stakeholders effectively.
Functional Expertise: Project Manager certificate, one of the following certificates PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate, PMI Certificate or SCRUM Master are a plus.
