Make sure that equipment is available for staff scientist.
Provides training support and backup to department personnel for the review of GxP laboratory assets certificates/test reports; processes invoices associated with laboratory service by third-party service provider(s).
Work with staff about services required for installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations.
Gather documentation for inspection and audit purposes.
Replenish solvents used with laboratory equipment, as needed.
Serves as an intermediary between third-party providers and procurement; ensures valid purchase order (PO) numbers are in place.
Performs required activities to ensure invoices are processed for payment to third party for assets supported by the business.
Works within an established CMMS system (ie. Maximo) for service coordination
Perform daily equipment preparation and setup.
Archives GxP certificates/test reports in accordance with archive and retention procedures.
Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
Serves as a liaison with third-party service providers; ensures customer requirements are met based on review of GxP laboratory instruments or similar certificates/tests records provided by third-party service provider(s).
Uses computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to administer closure, storage of work orders and documentation in accordance with GxP and GDP practices
