The Maintenance Technician role ensures the physical condition, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas by performing technical and mechanical work that meets Greystar’s standards.
The incumbent completes resident‑initiated work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnoses defects, conducts make‑ready preparations for vacant apartments—including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling and final inspections—while managing inventory, tracking supplies, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Additional compensation is based on factors such as experience, location, and performance, with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs for corporate and onsite positions.
