Ensure deliverables meet regulatory standards and client expectations
Provide technical support to project staff to complete assignments within tight schedules and on-budget
Translate lithologic, geophysical, and environmental data into subsurface models
Collaborate with project teams to provide technical solutions and insight
Create 3D digital site models to illustrate contamination distribution and volumes using EVS
Coordinate with project teams to establish robust conceptual Site models to visualize subsurface contamination migration and support decision-making
Mentor junior staff, lead projects, and contribute to technical training initiatives
Assist in data integration across platforms including GIS and flow models
Requirements

Proficiency using MS Excel to manipulate and organize data sets and for final reporting
Ability to work under pressure within tight schedules
B.S. in Geology / Hydrogeology / Environmental Science, 10+ years environmental consulting
While not required, state licensure and experience with fractured bedrock are beneficial
High initiative, good interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical judgment and problem-solving capabilities
40-hour HAZWOPER training is not required but is encouraged
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven experience using C-Tech’s Earth Volumetric Studio (EVS) is required at an intermediate to advanced level
