Requirements

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
• Proficiency in construction management software and BIM technologies
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• LEED accreditation is a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; or Construction Management
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• 7+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems
