- Maintain accurate records of pallet quantities and recycling activity.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of materials and products.
- Collect and sort used pallets from various areas of the warehouse and shipping/receiving docks.
- Promote and support the company's sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
- Assist with inventory counts and organization of storage areas.
- Ensure pallet storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Verify counts and condition of materials and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate pallet returns with vendors or recycling partners.
- Inspect pallets for damage and determine if they can be repaired, reused, or recycled.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Stage materials for production and shipping as required.

- Prior experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of pallet types, conditions, and recycling processes a plus.
- Basic computer or inventory system skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
