Join Our Team as a Property Manager. Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and attention to detail? At Tonti Properties you will lead a strong team and maintain a thriving community, building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Your responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of property operations, managing and coordinating teams, optimizing resources to meet objectives set by the Regional Supervisor and ownership, and training the Assistant Property Manager to ensure seamless operations.
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of property management experience (or three years in the industry), proficiency in Yardi or comparable software, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a CAM or ARM certification. Completion of assigned Tonti University courses is required.
