Coach and mentor managers and associates in the use of various tools, concepts and practices around ZEBS.
Plans & Aligns – Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
Assist teams in developing a Lean Roadmap to use in the deployment of strategic objectives.
Collaborates – Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Implement Lean processes in accordance with the organization’s Lean Implementation Plan (Standard Work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Kaizen and Pull Principles
Performing managerial responsibilities which may include but not limited to hiring, coaching, developing, planning, directing work, and performance management.
Develop, and upgrade, and implement ZEBS materials, modules, and processes.
Ensure successful definition and execution of large, cross-functional improvement initiatives tied to annual strategic priorities
Directly supports locations achieve strategic deployment objectives by conducting on-site workshops, kaizen events and providing guidance through the lean transformation process.
Identifies and shares best practices across the different Zurn locations.
Work with VP/GM of Business Units and other functional leaders as a “thought leader” to define current state situation, assess gaps in process/capabilities/talent, and assist in development of the future state in line with strategic plans

Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in distribution or manufacturing leadership that includes defining, executing, and stabilizing major improvement.
Proven leadership experience in project management and change leadership

Strategic Mindset – Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies.
