Provide end-user training and maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the design, implementation, and deployment process.
Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with existing automation and reporting systems, ensuring quality standards are met.
Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital automation, robotic process automation, AI and related technologies
Occasional after-hours work may be required to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our IT systems.
Designing, developing and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) and other technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to understand their needs through evaluating business processes and information needs, gathering requirements and identifying opportunities for optimization and automation across back-office teams and environmental projects. Provide cost benefit analysis and multiple implementation options.
Collaborate with contractors and other staff working on digital automation projects.

Experience with Power Platform Build Tools including Power Platform CLI Build Tools, including Power Platform CLI for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience evaluating business processes and gathering requirements.
Experience developing and implementing digital automation and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (especially PowerApps and PowerBI).
Formal education in Information Management or Information Systems.
Experience with REST APIs (including developing Power Platform custom connectors and working with the Microsoft Graph API), Power Platform ALM, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dataverse.
Experience with human-computer interaction (HCI) usability techniques and user experience (UX) design.
Data integration and data pipeline experience.
1 – 3 years of experience.
Experience with shell scripting (ie PowerShell and Bash scripting).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with Microsoft Business Central.
Experience with database driven mobile and web-app development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
