Frequently works with the IDIQ Manager/MEP Estimator on IDIQ projects.
Use AutoCAD to create new drawings or revise existing drawings
Preform engineering quality assurance checks of project designs.
Use planning and estimating software and expertise to develop/bid IDIQ work.
Provide technical support in the efficient and safe operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment (i.e., boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical, BAS, plumbing, etc.).
Liaisons with NARA facilities’ contractors as an EMCOR representative

Experience with HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, plumbing, electrical, BAS, etc.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Minimum of five (5) years of on-site experience in the operation and maintenance of a facility of 850k sq feet or more with 24/7/365 central plants operations.
Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from an engineering school with a curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
Must fluently speak, read and write the English language.
Knowledge and Experience using AutoCAD to create new drawings or revise existing drawings
Working knowledge of local codes and ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, ANSI, ASME standards
