SIOP Coordination: Contribute actively to SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) goals, especially in achieving inventory turnover and ensuring constraints are factored into material delivery plans.
Key Requirements: Apply Inventory Classification techniques and evaluate shortages to support production continuity throughout the product lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, PMO, Sales, Production, Warehousing, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and project success.
Material Planning: Develop and maintain material delivery schedules, manage OTBs (Open-to-Buy), and track KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and inventory readiness.
Purchase Order Dates Management: Oversee the purchase orders and validate the dates per the OTB reports generated and an understanding of PFEP is required.
Process Improvement: Drive process enhancements, contribute to CI initiatives, and support change management efforts across the planning and procurement functions.
Change Management: Possess knowledge on the concepts of Change management, Configuration management, JSBOM(s) and Inventory management principles.
Expertise in Power BI, MS Excel (Advanced), Power Queries and basics/understanding of SQL.
Results driven, and ability to work in an agile environment, with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, business acumen, mitigation planning, and conflict management.
An ideal candidate would possess 2+ years of experience with a master’s degree in industrial engineering / engineering management / any relevant field (or) 3+ years of relevant experience in the field of Manufacturing (HVAC /Automotive/Powersports/Aerospace/relevant field)
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; EPICOR is preferred.
Effective communication skills in English and French, with the ability to engage with vendors locally and internationally.
