Huitt-Zollars seeks a full-time Structural Engineer for its Fort Worth office. The role requires a PE license and experience designing structural elements such as framing, foundations, retaining walls, minor bridges, culverts and other support structures on transportation-oriented projects. The engineer will work on federal, institutional, commercial, transportation, transit and public-works projects primarily in Texas, with occasional work for other offices.
The position is 40 hours per week, salaried, and requires a Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering plus a Master’s focused on Structural Engineering. Candidates must have at least eight years of structural engineering experience, including construction administration, and five years designing projects in health-care, higher‑education, federal, public‑works or seismic upgrades.
