Prepare persuasive proposals that inspire change and deliver clarity to customer stakeholders
Drive new business sales, identifying and engaging prospects directly
Share insights and contribute to team success across the wider sales organisation

Research and uncover customer needs, creating urgency and compelling value propositions
Manage performance through CRM systems and consistently achieve revenue and margin targets

Territory Sales Management experience (£5m–£100m market segment)
Commercial awareness and adaptability across markets
A successful background in solution selling Fire and Security Service Sales would be an advantage
Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint) – training available
Ability to develop business plans with clear milestones
Strong organisational skills and resilience under pressure
Full driving licence
Creative mindset to innovate service and product combinations for customer needs
Proven track record in new business generation & lead Conversion
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Salary up to £55,000, with uncapped OTE circa £85,000
