We are currently looking for an Industry Manager to join our team in our Grandview, Ohio location. This role will be responsible for overseeing markets within a specific sector, ensuring that business activities align with organizational goals and industry standards. This role encompasses strategic planning, team leadership, and performance optimization to drive growth and efficiency.

Acting as a leader, expert and advocate for the industry both internally and externally.
Develop and implement strategies tailored to the specific industry's market trends and organizational objectives.
Working with product management, sales, technology and finance to align resources and initiatives.
Communication effectively with internal and external stakeholders about industry trends, strategies and performance.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and industry influencers.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the industry segment and taking corrective actions as needed.
Investigate and analyze markets trends, understanding customer needs and identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.

Action oriented, hands on, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Strong analytical skills
Self-starter able to develop and identify new opportunities
A bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, or a related field; a master's degree may be preferred
Ability to research and characterize emerging industries and markets.
