- Communicate with internal/external clients in a calm, polite, respectful, and professional manner

- Collaborate with the helpdesk, application, and cyber teams to support diverse business initiatives
- Maintain network stability and availability to support business initiatives
- Incorporate cybersecurity into our network and infrastructure operations, including application of patches, hot fixes, and upgrades on a regular and timely basis
- Implement system upgrades or replacement with minimized system down time or impact on users
- Manage and set priorities for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and internal network team
- Keep abreast of current and new technology system advances and their potential application to address user business requirements
- Lead a team culture of engagement, productivity, and accountability
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strike a balance between hands-on, management, and strategic thinking
- Develop, schedule, test and communicate the IT Disaster Recovery plan and procedures
- Provide guidance on the architecture and design of networks supporting both Enterprise IT and OT devices
- Develop and maintain key indicators and alerts ensuring critical infrastructure services to meet service level agreements and availability time
- Liaise with our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) for cyber security related issues
- Configure computer hardware and software for optimal network communication and cybersecurity
- Author and edit SOPs (Statements of Procedures) and system documentation and ensure they are properly updated to reflect current status or changes
- Communicate network related issues, failures, and potential impact to hardware or software to superiors
- Manages a team of direct reports through mentorship and professional development
- Support the implementation of IoT and PropTech solutions in a secure manner, with a focus on building systems and sustainability
- Monitor daily backup operations, ensuring all data resiliency and availability

- Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Server: Microsoft Windows Server 2025 / 2022 / 2019 and Linux
- 7 - 10 years of IT infrastructure and networking experience
- Exhibit strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organization skills with an attention to detail
- In depth / hands-on knowledge of servers, firewalls, switches, building risers, wired, and wireless network protocols
- Project Management Software
- Display strong project management skills completing assignments in a timely fashion
- Ability to engage, lead, and develop a highly motivated and productive team
- Network protocols and topology (i.e. DSN, TCP/IP, VLAN, SAN)
- Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require
- Telecommunication, ISP, VoIP communications, and video conferencing
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Dynamic – you are solutions-oriented, aim to improve processes and implement efficiency, and offer insightful feedback to improve ESRT
- Real Estate or Financial Services industry experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality
- Business continuity and backup Technologies
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management
- Strong Vendor Management, Time Management, and Project Management skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable – you are a self-starter who’s able to quickly digest and execute new processes to work both collaboratively and independently
- Microsoft Exchange 365 and e-mail gateway protocols
- Network monitoring tools
- Positive – you possess a service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Experience with the planning, design and the implementation of network enhancements and new capabilities
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple and Android devices
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of all ESRT technology systems
- MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer preferred
