Description

• Recruit for management, leadership, or future leadership positions through full‑cycle recruiting based on organizational needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to review job descriptions, interview processes, budgeted pay ranges, and related details.
• Work with the HR Coordinator to ensure accurate and consistent job postings.
• Review and screen resumes, identify strong candidates, and update their profiles in the ATS.
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Reach out to candidates via the ATS, discuss opportunities, assess interest, and pre‑qualify them.
• Conduct independent interviews (phone, in‑person, or Microsoft Teams) and evaluate qualified candidates.
• Send notes and resumes of qualified candidates to hiring managers or teams for review.
• Coordinate the entire interview process as liaison between candidates and interviewers.
• Discuss verbal offers with candidates and execute offer letters.
• Report weekly on open‑position status to hiring managers and the HR Director.
• Keep the ATS updated with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Update job descriptions as needed, adding tasks or modifying requirements.
• Participate in college job fairs as required.
• Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other outreach.
• Regularly assess and improve the recruitment process based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

The role requires strong time‑management, organization and the ability to energize candidates about our employment value proposition. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, the HR Coordinator and the marketing team, and will continuously improve recruitment practices based on metrics and industry trends.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and have three to five years of full‑cycle recruiting experience. Familiarity with ATS platforms (JazzHR preferred) and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
