The role seeks an experienced structural engineer with dam expertise to join the Melbourne team at director level. A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential, along with proven experience delivering superior outcomes in the dam industry. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, a passion for mentoring and leadership, and the ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and industry groups.
