Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Licensed member of Professional Engineers Ontario with a minimum of 20 years of consulting experience in geotechnical engineering.
Substantial previous construction inspection experience, including the ability to identify and resolve complex geotechnical issues on-site.
Possession of a Graduate Degree (Master's or PhD) in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience working with or managing multi-disciplinary project teams, including the ability to lead and motivate team members effectively.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and control budgets effectively.
