We’re looking for an EHS Coordinator to champion a culture of safety in our manufacturing and construction environments. This role is hands-on, visible on the floor, and critical in ensuring compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. You’ll lead safety programs, conduct inspections, and work side by side with managers and employees to make sure everyone goes home safe every day.

  • Support emergency response planning and drills
  • Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain records of inspections, training, and safety audits
  • Develop and enforce safety programs, procedures, and policies
  • Lead training and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors
  • Manage PPE distribution and compliance
  • Foster a proactive safety-first culture through engagement and communication

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926, NFPA standards, and ISO 45001

  • Ability to identify risks, think critically, and implement solutions
  • 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or construction
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 (required), OSHA 510/511, OHST/CHST, First Aid/CPR (preferred)
