Lead budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning processes
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to drive insights across the business
Build and maintain dynamic financial models, including projectlevel forecasts and companywide projections
Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditrelated requests
Help develop internal controls and process improvements to support growth and compliance
Partner with project managers and operational leaders to track financial performance and analyze variances

Experience in a federal government contracting environment is required
DCAA compliance (e.g., SF1408, accounting system audits)
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or compliance roles
Experience with Oracle Financial management software
Bachelor's degree; in accounting or finance preferred
Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, DCAA audits, indirect rate structures, and other federal compliance areas
Comfort navigating between highlevel strategy and tactical execution
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, detailoriented environment
