Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or calibration needs.
Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
Ensure that all received parts comply with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality inspections.
Prepare detailed reports on findings and communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding any issues.
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT), including Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and/or Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), in accordance with NDT Level II standards.
Provide feedback and support to the production team regarding part quality and usability.
Inspect parts for defects, damage, and conformity to specifications using various measuring tools and equipment.
Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Receive incoming parts and materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and production teams to resolve any quality issues.
Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformances.

Certification as an NDT Level II Technician in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and/or Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) required.
Good vision and manual dexterity.
Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field.
Physical fitness and strength to regularly lift 30-50 lbs.
May require travel up to 20%.
Regularly required to stand, bend, crouch, and reach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
