You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from R&D and manufacturing to EPC execution — ensuring designs are practical, manufacturable, and ready for rapid deployment.
- Lead concept-to-proposal design development for EPC submissions.
- Partner with R&D on new modular typologies, materials, and sustainable design strategies.
- Create scalable and adaptable design frameworks that meet diverse user needs.
- Translate requirements into modular architectural solutions aligned with DFMA and company MBT principles.
- Formulate architectural design strategies that balance creativity with engineering logic.
- Engage with clients to understand functional, aesthetic, and contextual needs.
- Lead production of detailed shop drawings, modular layouts, and fabrication-ready documents.
- Collaborate with the engineering and site teams to ensure smooth execution and installation.
- Drive standardisation and optimisation for scalability without compromising design integrity.
- Apply Poka Yoke (error-proofing) strategies in design documentation and detailing to minimise construction errors.
- Work with interdisciplinary experts at the intersection of architecture, material science, and manufacturing.
- Ensure all designs are modular, repeatable, and compliant with manufacturing capabilities.
- Participate in prototyping and testing to validate and evolve design systems
- Build projects that make a real impact — from rapid housing to resilient infrastructure.
- Integrate Design for Manufacturing and Assembly principles to ensure factory precision and on-site efficiency.
- Influence the design DNA of future-ready modular systems

- 5+ years of experience in building design, with 2+ years in modular, prefab, or DFMA-based construction systems preferred.
- Strong design thinking mindset with the ability to balance aesthetics, manufacturability, and cost.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Shop Drawing & Documentation Excellence
