Assistant Project Manager

Description

• Prepare QC documentation and drive corrective actions collaboratively with vendors and supervisors.
• Provide structured reporting to management with progress updates and risk mitigation insights.
• Independently lead execution at site level, assuming senior project management responsibilities.
• Take complete accountability of multiple sites simultaneously (3–4), ensuring smooth and uninterrupted progress.
• Serve as a key interface between design, vendors, execution teams, and client representatives.
• Source, finalize, and manage vendors independently with periodic performance assessments.
• Conduct detailed site audits, prepare kick-off/dilapidation reports, and track execution against schedules.
• Uphold HSE standards and regulatory compliance on every site.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials are delivered on time as per project demands.

• Maintain transparent coordination to avoid delays due to material, manpower, or technical issues.
• Review daily site reports and intervene promptly to rectify deviations.
• Ensure efficient labor deployment and productivity across all assigned sites.
• Resolve site challenges proactively, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and approved designs.
• Perform thorough checks during critical milestones including carcass, finish, and installation phases.
• Ensure seamless alignment of execution with design intent, technical drawings, and client expectations.

Requirements

• 4–7 years’ experience in high-end interior project management with proven site leadership.
• Excellent vendor and workforce management skills with a solution-driven mindset.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Advanced scheduling, documentation, and progress monitoring abilities.
• Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and meet aggressive timelines.
• Strong project execution leadership with multi-site handling capability.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera) and fit-out execution methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.

Benefits

Compensation: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month (₹7.2 – ₹7.8 LPA)
