Lead on the coordination and review of fund rebates, record keeping, share class launches and closures procedures and general fund operational queries.
Longer term, develop the necessary leadership and project management skills necessary to lead implementation of product initiatives or related key aspects.
You will be supported by the team to ensure excellent levels of client service are achieved.
Support review of legal, marketing, RFP and other documentation from a commercial perspective, escalating any questions or issues as required.
Maintain the product development and launch pipeline and other product support tools on TEAMS and SharePoint.
Support Distribution teams across PGIM in their fundraising efforts and resolve day-to-day product -related issues.
Drive product improvement initiatives, including but not limited to changes to workflows, database maintenance, adaptation to new regulatory challenges, policy updates, vendor changes, operational and strategic changes.
Support the lead Product Developers for UCITS, QIFs and non-US Wealth products for a variety of initiatives.
Assist in all aspects of the product lifecycle, including project management support for fund launches, mergers, in-kind transfers, liquidations and product changes.

Undergraduate degree required.
Being in the process of pursuing technical training, continuing education, and/or advanced designations.
Experience working with colleagues across various locations and time zones.
Genuine interest in the European regulatory landscape impacting the asset management and fund industry, including those related to Environmental Social Governance (“ESG”).
Specific experience with European structures (AIF, UCITS and Semi Liquid vehicles) or transferable skills ETFs or Collective Investment Trusts.
Proficiency in full Microsoft suite.
Ability to work independently and build partnerships across functions.
Personable with a strong work ethic.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in either product, business development, client management or operations within the asset or wealth management, consulting or investment banking industry.
Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously; strong execution and follow through skills in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Strong project management (or desire to learn) and communication skills.
Willingness to take on personal accountability and enjoy problem solving.
Clear communication(written and verbal), excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to easily collaborate in a team environment across all levels of the organization.
