- Monitor and enforce safety standards according to KEO's HSE Management System and client requirements.
- Perform facility inspections and report on daily operational conditions.
- Track and monitor all facility‑related activities.
- Provide FM technical support to maintenance teams.
- Inspect work areas to identify potential safety hazards.
- Ensure staff wear PPE, hard hats, protective footwear and operate equipment safely.
- Conduct daily project inspections and recommend changes for compliance.
- Investigate accidents, produce reports and suggest preventative measures.
- Develop and implement safety policies to reduce accident‑related costs.
- Regulate policies by gathering input from managers and workers.

The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety & Environmental or a related field, and proven experience on tower projects in Dubai. KEO values integrity, innovation, safety and diversity in its people.

- Experience on tower projects in Dubai is required.
