After approval of adjustment, makes necessary entries into KBM system
Wears appropriate protective equipment as required, dresses and conducts self in a safe manner
Bend, twist & turn in a safe manner
Receives, counts, stores production stock items (Backflushed stock) and recording data, manually and using computer
Compares actual physical counts against book inventory, and performs necessary recounts
Communicates respectfully with all team members
Investigates nature and cause of the discrepancy, recommends changes
Avoid or prevents hazardous conditions from developing
Keeps work area clean and orderly and maintains Lean 5S
Performs counts/audits of backflush locations
Participates in plant safety objectives
The production storekeeper indirectly contributes to production though defined inventory practices, (accurate & timely transactions, ensuring correct physical counts, and reconciliation)
