The Executive Chef will direct all aspects of daily kitchen food production and support special functions and outside catering events. As a member of the community’s management team, the chef is responsible for delivering high‑quality food, a welcoming atmosphere, and polished presentation for residents and guests.
Qualified applicants must have at least ten years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations within high‑end restaurant, club, hotel, or senior‑living settings, with knowledge of budgeting, reporting, training, and staff management. Experience overseeing multiple venues and using a POS system is preferred. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED; a Culinary Arts degree, CDM, or CEC designation is a plus, and they must hold current state health and sanitation certification, CPR and First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license where applicable.
