Overview

Manage and process goods receipt, supplier issues, and ERP order tasks.

Tasks

-Work and follow-up with suppliers, Payables, business lines, and related parties to troubleshoot GR/SES or receiving related when issues arise, including complex issues until case closure. -Ensure key deliverables of team are completed timely and properly (KPI Target, Daily Productivity, SLA, etc.) -Timely and accurately create, amend, and delete GR/SES and accept it in ERP and relevant system on behalf of business lines upon request (with proper supporting documents) -Ensure all work associated with the development and management of Orders is in- compliance with applicable laws and established controls. -Provide training to new team member and conduct peer review as needed -Look for process improvement to enhance deliverables with the 3Es in mind (Effectiveness, Efficiency, Experience) as necessary/when see opportunity -Advise business lines and suppliers on information required for an effective receiving process
